What the range covers. Corrugated cardboard leads the range, and some shapes carry felt, sisal, wood, woven paper or a leather-look panel. The forms run from lounges and sofa shapes to ovals and L-shapes. What changes per order. Size, colour, printed pattern and the packing each piece travels in.

Compare scratcher shapes

A scratch pad lies flat. A lounge curves, so a cat scratches the top or lies in the hollow. A tunnel is a lounge with a hole through the body.

A multi-pad set is a box of flat pads, and a refill replaces one as it wears. A sofa shape and a picture frame sit as furniture on a shelf. A folding scratcher packs small and opens out.

A novelty outline is the same board cut to a different die, as on the duck, whale and shark references.

The main cardboard scratchers commonly use BC-flute corrugated paper and corn-based glue, with a usual paper grammage of 120 gsm.

Two recommended starting points are the BWP-SCR-004 classic oval lounge and the BWP-SCR-019 chaise lounge with wavy backrest. Choose the oval for a nest-shaped lounge or the chaise for a furniture-style design.

The carton decides the freight on this family: the folding scratcher packs 36 pieces to a carton of 360 × 336 × 340 mm, and the assembled sofa scratcher four pieces to a carton of 435 × 575 × 330 mm.

A sample is approved before production runs. Retail packaging carrying your artwork and your barcode changes the unit box, and with it the carton. Parcel services and their working days are on the shipping and delivery page.
