What an enquiry stores
An enquiry to Baiwei Pets is stored on no server. Your browser composes the message, and you send it on WhatsApp or by email. The sales desk keeps it only to answer you and to follow up.
No account, no enquiry database, no analytics pixel and no cookie of the company's own.
One value sits in your browser tab while you read: where your visit came from.
Deletion is asked for by writing to sales@baiweipets.com.
What is stored on a server
There is no login, no enquiry database and no tracking pixel behind these pages. What you type into the enquiry builder stays in your browser until you press a button. The buttons open WhatsApp, or your own email program, with the message already written.
There is no cookie banner, because there is no cookie of the company's own to consent to.
The one value your browser keeps
When you arrive, your browser notes where the visit came from: a campaign source, the hostname that referred you, or "direct". It is held in the tab's own session storage, so it can travel inside the message you choose to send. Closing the tab deletes it.
Where your message goes
A WhatsApp message goes to the sales number through WhatsApp, a third-party service that carries it under its own terms and privacy policy. An email goes to sales@baiweipets.com.
Both routes reach the same desk. An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer you and to follow up on an order.
Artwork and brand files you send
Logos, artwork files and drawings you send are used to quote, to proof and to produce your order. They go nowhere else, and they never appear as imagery on these pages without your written permission. Ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Hosting logs
These pages are served by a hosting provider. Its servers keep standard request logs.
How to ask for deletion
Write to sales@baiweipets.com from the address you enquired from. Say what you want removed: the enquiry, the files you sent, or the whole message history. The same request covers a WhatsApp thread.
Rights and takedown
A rights or privacy complaint goes to sales@baiweipets.com as well. The page or the image comes down first, and the discussion follows.
