Where to start
Four routes to your own range
ODM means you start from a design the company already owns. OEM means a product produced to your own drawing.
Your logo and your packaging
This is the private-label route. The same product travels in packaging that carries your brand, your artwork and your barcode.
You send your artwork file, your barcode numbers and the packaging format you want.
Your colours and your pattern
The product stays as it is designed, and the colour or the printed pattern changes to suit your shelf.
You send a colour reference, the artwork for the pattern and your quantity.
A product developed to your design
Baiwei Pets quotes a new product from your drawing or a physical sample.
You send the drawing or the sample, the market it is for, and your quantity.
What an ODM project starts from
You are choosing inside a design library, not commissioning a product from nothing.
Baiwei Pets designs its own pet products at a design and commercial office in the Guangdong Industrial Design City, Beijiao, Shunde, Foshan.
The range you pick from is the company's own design work.
Baiwei Pets holds a Chinese registered design for its two-way tunnel scratcher, ZL 2019 3 0714141.3, granted in 2020.
A project often starts by changing the colour or the printed pattern of a product in the range.
Where you want something genuinely new, send a drawing or a physical sample to work from.
You approve a sample before production runs.
Your artwork and your brand
Two things hold whichever route you take, and neither of them changes with the size of the order.
Send only logos, images, characters and names that you own or have written permission to use. Your brand and your artwork stay yours, and Baiwei Pets uses them only to quote, to proof and to produce your order. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before anything is printed.
The company's own designs stay with the company. Your label on a product from the current range does not transfer the design behind it.
What your quotation names
- The minimum for each of the four routes is confirmed on your quotation.
- The sample cost is confirmed on your quotation. A sample credit, if offered, is agreed on the quotation and shown on the proforma.
- The packaging format and the artwork cost are confirmed on your quotation.
- Production time, transit time and the shipping mode are confirmed on your quotation.
- Colours and patterns beyond those on the family pages are confirmed on your quotation.
Ordering details
An order runs the same way whichever of the four routes you take.
- You send the enquiry, with the product, the quantity and the destination country.
- Baiwei Pets sends a quotation.
- A sample is made and you approve it.
- The order is confirmed on a proforma invoice.
- Production runs after the sample is approved.
- The goods are packed and labelled as the quotation names.
- The shipment leaves with the documents for your market.
Documents are arranged with your order and named on your quotation.
Your quotation and proforma name the contracting seller. Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email. Call the number on the site before paying a changed account.
