What carries your brand

The printed pattern and the colour of the product, changed to suit your shelf
Your logo on the product, in the size and position you choose; felt parts can take laser engraving and cut-out details
Your label and barcode on each piece and on the carton
Your retail packaging: printed carton, bag, manual or label, in your artwork

Goods made to your brand carry your artwork and your label, and the Baiwei Pets name is not printed on goods or packaging.

Four routes to your own range

ODM means you start from a design the company already owns. OEM means a product made to your own drawing. Minimum, sample cost and production time depend on the reference and the changes; your quotation confirms them.

Shape and size

Sofa-style scratchers can be quoted with changes to the overall size, armrests and back panel. Round and oval scratcher beds offer shape, height and length options, with grey-board or corrugated-paper edging.

Send a sketch with the overall dimensions and mark the parts you want to change.

Logo, colour and pattern

Choose logo placement and size alongside your colour and printed pattern. For felt parts, options include laser engraving and cut-out details.

Provide artwork you own, the logo dimensions and its position; the method is agreed on the sample.

Product and pack together

Some scratcher designs can be quoted in an assembly version or as a one-piece unit. Choose the packaging size, then the printed carton, bag, manual or label options for your product.

Say whether assembly is acceptable and give any packed-size limits.

For felt-house projects, choose square, rectangular, round, oval or custom outlines, colours and overall dimensions, and approve the construction on a sample.

Include the product reference, dimensions, material preference, artwork, quantity and destination country.

Start from the company’s own designs

The range you pick from is the company’s own design work, created at its design and commercial office in the Guangdong Industrial Design City, Beijiao, Shunde, Foshan. It holds a Chinese design patent for its two-way tunnel scratcher, ZL 2019 3 0714141.3, granted in 2020.

A project often starts by changing the colour or the printed pattern of a product in the range. For a new design, send a drawing or physical sample with the dimensions and features you need.

Your artwork and your brand

Your brand and your artwork stay yours. Send only logos, images, characters and names that you own or have written permission to use; Baiwei Pets uses them only to quote, to proof and to produce your order. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before anything is printed.

The company’s own designs stay with the company. Your label on a product from the current range does not transfer the design behind it.

How an order runs

You send the enquiry, with the product, the quantity and the destination country.
Baiwei Pets sends a quotation.
A sample is made and you approve it.
The order is placed on a proforma invoice.
Production runs after the sample is approved.
The goods are packed and labelled as the quotation names.
The shipment leaves with the documents for your market.

Notes

Availability and minimums depend on the model and the changes requested. Your quotation states the minimum for each of the four routes, the sample cost, the packaging format, the artwork cost, the production time, the freight for your load and the shipping mode. A sample credit, if offered, is agreed on the quotation and shown on the proforma.

Colours and patterns beyond those on the family pages, unit packing and outer-carton data for a changed design are quoted per project. Which documents exist for your exact product and market is stated on your quotation, with issuer, scope, cost and timing.
