Baiwei Pets designs and supplies cardboard cat scratchers, cat houses, bowls and feeders to retailers and chains building an own-brand shelf. You choose the range mix, the packaging format, the colours and the reorder pattern.

What the range covers. Cat scratchers, cat houses and hideaways, bowls and feeders, feeding accessories, cat toys and cat beds.
What changes per order. Size, colour, printed pattern, packaging format and artwork.
What comes with the quotation. The minimum for each order route, the packing and the documents are confirmed on your quotation. Prices are quoted per enquiry.

Decision one

The range mix

Baiwei Pets designs its own pet products and supplies them made to order. Six families sit behind a retail range.

Cat scratchers in corrugated cardboard: lounges, tunnels, L-shapes, ovals, picture-frame boxes, novelty shapes, folding “organ” scratchers, sofa scratchers and multi-pad sets.
Cat houses and hideaways in corrugated cardboard and polyester fibre (felt).
Pet bowls and feeders in ceramic, melamine, 304 stainless steel and bamboo-stand form, including slow feeders and elevated forms.
Feeding accessories: scoops and can spoons.
Cat toys in cardboard and catnip.
Cat beds.

Corrugated cardboard cat scratchers lead the range. Solid-wood cat trees and sisal scratching posts are supplied to order and quoted from your size, material and quantity.

The origin on the goods is China. The company’s customers are mainly in the United States, Europe, Korea and Japan.

Decision two

Packaging and artwork

A retail range needs a packing decision for every line. Three routes cover most of them.

Bulk carton — goods packed for a warehouse rather than for a shelf.
Retail packaging in the current design — the pack the product already has.
Retail packaging carrying your artwork, your brand and your barcode.

You send an artwork file. Baiwei Pets sends a proof before anything is printed. Packaging format and artwork cost are confirmed on your quotation.

Your artwork. Send only logos, images, characters and names that you own or have written permission to use. Your brand and your artwork stay yours, and Baiwei Pets uses them only to quote, to proof and to produce your order. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before anything is printed.

Decision three

Colours and printed patterns

The range is designed in-house, so a colourway or a printed pattern is a change the company makes to its own design.

Products in the range already run in more than one colour. A printed pattern on a scratcher can be changed for your range. Colours and patterns beyond those listed are confirmed on your quotation.

The designs in the range stay the company’s own. Your brand on a product from the current range does not make that shape yours.

Decision four

Starting a range and reordering it

A first order starts with a sample, and the sample is approved before production runs.

A sample.
A product from the current range.
The same product in your own packaging or your own colours.
A product developed to your own drawing or sample.

Those are four different order routes, and the minimum for each is confirmed on your quotation. It differs by family, because the carton does.

Ordering details

What moves a quotation. The material and the size, the packaging format, the colours or the artwork, and the quantity. Prices are quoted per enquiry.

Packing and cartons. Sizes, weights, pieces per carton and carton dimensions are published per reference on the family pages. Pieces per carton and carton dimensions for the other references are confirmed on your quotation.

Documents for your market. Documents are arranged with your order and named on your quotation. The types cover material declarations, migration reports for the bowls, plant-material declarations for board and fibre, and marking and pallet-treatment records.

Who you contract with. Your quotation and proforma name the contracting seller. Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email. Call the number on the site before paying a changed account.
