Cardboard, sisal or felt: choosing a scratcher material
Corrugated cardboard is what Baiwei Pets designs and supplies. Felt appears as a shell over card on the cat houses. Sisal is not part of the range. Freight, replacement and packed volume decide the rest.
Corrugated cardboard leads the range, in lounges, tunnels, ovals, L-shapes, folding scratchers, picture-frame boxes and multi-pad sets.
Felt is a polyester fibre shell over a corrugated body on the cat houses and hideaways.
The range does not carry sisal, and board specification per reference is confirmed on your quotation.
Corrugated cardboard
Cardboard is the material the range is built on. The material does not change between the two references below, but the carton does.
A folding scratcher packs 36 pieces to a carton of 360 × 336 × 340 mm. An assembled sofa scratcher of 678 × 300 × 240 mm packs four pieces to a carton of 435 × 575 × 330 mm.
So shape, not material, is what a card range costs you to move.
One folding scratcher is supplied in kraft, and one assembled sofa scratcher takes a pattern to your own artwork.
Felt over card
The cat houses are built from corrugated paper with a polyester fibre (felt) shell. One medium house measures 395 × 285 × 240 mm and has a net weight of 785 g. It packs at 395 × 335 × 100 mm, five pieces to a carton of 410 × 340 × 545 mm.
The packed height is 100 mm against a built height of 240 mm, so the house ships flatter than it looks.
Orange, dark grey and white are named for that house, and other colours are confirmed on your quotation.
Sisal, rope and fabric
A shortlist that says only "sisal" has not decided between sisal rope and sisal fabric. Ask which one, and ask what the core and the base are made of.
Ask for the packed weight and the packed size before you compare a post against a card reference.
Sisal is not part of the range. Rule it in or out early, and source it separately if your shelf needs a post.

Ordering details
Four order routes run through the scratcher range. A sample, a product from the current range, the same product in your own packaging, or a product developed to your design. The minimum for each is confirmed on your quotation.
Send only logos, images, characters and names that you own or have written permission to use. Your brand and your artwork stay yours, and Baiwei Pets uses them only to quote, to proof and to produce your order. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before anything is printed.
Your quotation and proforma name the contracting seller. Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email. Call the number on the site before paying a changed account.
