Carton dimensions and pieces per carton
Each row gives the packed size of one piece, the shipping carton, the pieces it holds, the net weight and the carton volume. Pieces per carton and carton dimensions for other references are confirmed on your quotation.

Every dimension is length × width × height in millimetres. Origin of the goods is China.
The folding scratcher and the sofa scratcher are corrugated cardboard. The squirrel cat house is corrugated cardboard with a polyester fibre (felt) shell.
Volume is calculated from the carton dimensions above. How many cartons fit a container depends on the carton, the pallet pattern and the container type. The load for your own order is worked out from these figures and confirmed on your quotation.
What changes a quotation
Four things move a quotation before the goods move. Send all four with your enquiry and a quotation comes back in one round.
- Trade term. The term you buy on decides where the goods change hands and who arranges freight and insurance. The term is confirmed on your quotation.
- Shipping mode. Sea in a full or a shared container, and air or express for samples and small quantities. The mode and the transit are confirmed on your quotation.
- Destination. The destination country and the port change the routing, the paperwork and the freight, so name both when you enquire.
- Packing format. Bulk cartons, individual retail packaging, and retail packaging carrying your artwork and barcode each change the carton. A change to the carton changes the load.
No term is treated as standard, and no port is named as standard.
Documents arranged with your order
Documents follow the market and the order, not the product. Name the destination country and the products, and the set is arranged with your order and named on your quotation.
Each of these is arranged with your order and named on your quotation:
- a material declaration for a product;
- a migration report for a bowl;
- a plant-material declaration for board and fibre;
- marking and pallet-treatment records.

Ordering details
An order runs enquiry, quotation, sample approved, order confirmed on a proforma, production, packing and labelling, then shipment with the documents. A sample is approved before production runs.
There are four order routes:
- a sample;
- a product from the current range;
- that product in your own packaging or colours;
- a product developed to your own drawing or sample.
The minimum for each route is confirmed on your quotation. Retail packaging carrying your artwork and your barcode is one of the packing routes. Packaging format and artwork cost are confirmed on your quotation.
Who you contract with
Your quotation and proforma name the contracting seller. Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email. Call the number on the site before paying a changed account.
