In short. Your brand goes on the product, on the label and on the carton.
Barcode and carton labels can be applied before the goods leave.
Artwork, packing format and the minimum for each route are confirmed on your quotation.

What a private-label order changes
Four things move when you put your own brand on a product from the range.
Your brand
Your brand on the product and the carton
Your logo can go on the product itself, on its unit box and on the shipping carton.
- A product from the current range, with a colour or pattern change where the product allows it
- Your artwork on the unit box or the sleeve
- Carton marking to your written specification
Artwork format and packaging cost are confirmed on your quotation.
Labelling
Labels applied before the goods leave
Your barcode and carton labels can be applied during packing, so nothing is relabelled after arrival.
- Unit barcode labels on each piece or its polybag
- Carton labels carrying your reference and your destination
- Label text and barcode numbers supplied by you as an artwork file
Label placement is agreed on the confirmed sample, and any labelling charge is confirmed on your quotation.
Packing
Polybags and right-sized cartons
Each piece can be polybagged, boxed or packed bare, and the carton can follow your written specification.
- Bulk carton, individual retail packaging, or retail packaging with your barcode
- Unit box, polybag or sleeve, decided per product
- Pieces per carton, where the carton format can change
Packing format and pieces per carton are confirmed on your quotation.
Approval
A sample approved before production
A sample is approved before production runs, and that confirmed sample is what the order is checked against.
- One sample per product, in the colour and packing you intend to sell
- Your written approval before the order is made
- The confirmed sample kept as the reference for the run
Sample cost and sample timing are confirmed on your quotation. A sample credit, if offered, is agreed on the quotation and shown on the proforma.
Your first message
What the desk needs from you
Send as much of this as you have, and the rest is worked out on the quotation.
What is settled on the quotation.
- Prices are quoted per enquiry.
- A sample, a product from the range, that product in your own packaging, and your own design are four order routes. The minimum for each is confirmed on your quotation.
- Packaging format and artwork cost are confirmed on your quotation.
- Production time, transit time and the shipping mode are confirmed on your quotation.
- Documents for your market are arranged with your order and named on your quotation.
Artwork
Your artwork and your brand
Send only logos, images, characters and names that you own or have written permission to use. Your brand and your artwork stay yours, and Baiwei Pets uses them only to quote, to proof and to produce your order. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before anything is printed.
A product from the current range keeps its own design when your label goes on it. Whether your label can go on a product the company also sells under its own brand is agreed per project.
Ordering details
What moves a price: material, size, packing format, colours or artwork, and quantity. Send those five and a quotation comes back in one round.
Cardboard scratchers, houses and bowls each pack differently, so packed size and pieces per carton are set per product. Size, weight and carton figures for each reference are in the Product Finder.
Your quotation and proforma name the contracting seller. Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email. Call the number on the site before paying a changed account.
Next step
Your private-label enquiry
Send your products, quantity, destination country and how you want them packed.
Discuss private label and packing
Your message opens in WhatsApp with the page name added, so the desk knows what you are looking at.
