Yes. A sample is approved before production runs, so you hold the exact product first. Both depend on the product. Each of the four order routes carries its own minimum and its own production time: a product from the current range; your logo and your packaging; your colours and your pattern; or a product developed to your design. They differ by family because the carton and the production process differ, and your quotation states both for the exact reference.

Priced references show an indicative price at two quantities, one of them for a single carton. Example: BWP-SCR-019, the 678 × 300 × 240 mm black or wood-grain chaise, is US$5.41 per piece from 500 pieces or US$6.34 per piece for a carton of 4, ex-works, before freight and tax. Whether one carton can be your first order depends on the reference and the order route, and your quotation states the minimum. Name the quantity you want to start with when you enquire.

Indicative price ranges are published on some references: per piece or per set as the product page says, ex-works, before freight and tax, at the two quantities named beside the figure. What moves a price is the material, the size, the packaging format, the colours or artwork, and the quantity. Send the reference, the quantity, the destination country and the branding you want, and the firm price comes back on your quotation for that configuration.

Three formats: plain export carton, individual retail packaging, and retail packaging carrying your own artwork and your barcode. You supply the artwork file, the barcode numbers and any address block your market needs, and Baiwei Pets sends a proof before anything is printed. Your quotation prices the format and the artwork.

The main cardboard scratchers commonly use BC-flute corrugated paper and corn-based glue, with a usual paper grammage of 120 gsm. The paper layers, finished board construction and adhesive of your chosen reference are stated on your quotation. The range includes flat pads, folding scratchers, assembled sofas, lounges and tunnels, alongside felt-covered cat houses with a corrugated core. Tell the desk which market the bowls are sold in and which report your own buyer asks for; whether that report is available for the exact bowl, and its scope, cost and timing, are stated on your quotation.

It depends on the exact product and the market. Buyers of bowls usually ask for material declarations and food-contact migration reports, buyers of board and fibre products ask for plant-material declarations, and a shipment may need origin-marking and pallet-treatment records. Intertek's on-site assessment (report CNIR2606SZ19434, dated 30 June 2026) is a supplier assessment of the company: it is not a product test report, a social-compliance inspection or a quality-system certificate, and it covers no individual product. For a product report, such as a food-contact migration report for a bowl, name the report, the exact reference and your market; whether it is available, who issues it, its scope, cost and timing are stated on your quotation. By sea in a full container, or in a shared container for smaller volumes, and by air freight or courier for samples and small quantities. The trade term, the shipping mode and who books the freight are agreed per order on your quotation. Parcels and small consignments go through RyanFulfil (Singapore), the company that runs this sales desk, from its Guangzhou warehouse. Yes. Wholesale cartons and containers go by sea or air, on the trade term agreed on your quotation.

Sizes, weights, pieces per carton and carton dimensions are printed against the references that carry them, on the family pages and in the product finder. Tell the desk the reference and the quantity you are planning, and any figure not printed comes back on your quotation. Seven steps. You send an enquiry. A quotation comes back. You approve a sample. You confirm the order on a proforma. Production runs. Goods are packed and labelled to the format you chose. The shipment leaves with its documents. You decide the reference, the colour, the packing, the branding and the destination as you go.

In full, at two points. You pay the cost of goods in full when you place your order, and any other charges on your quotation in full before the goods ship. Bank details are named once, on your proforma; the contact page sets out how to pay safely. First-order safeguards:

• You approve a sample before production runs.
• You can appoint your own inspection on a production order.
• Your proforma names the contracting seller and carries the bank details.
• Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email.
• The unified social credit code, 91440606MA5370T60E, can be checked on the public Chinese company registry.
• The cost of goods is paid in full when the order is placed; any other charges on the quotation are paid before the goods ship.

USD, EUR, GBP or SGD. Quotations are issued and payment accepted in all four, and other currencies are available on request. Name the one you settle in when you enquire.

The contract and invoice are issued by Foshan Baiwei Pet Technology Co., Ltd., or by RyanFulfil (Singapore) where you prefer a Singapore seller. Your proforma names which, so ask for the proforma before you send any payment.

MSBC is the company's own brand. It is registered in the United States for cat scratching posts and pet bowls, registered in 2020 and in force. Baiwei Pets also supplies products under a buyer's own brand. Whether your own label can go on a product also sold under MSBC is agreed per project, so raise it early in your enquiry.

The company page carries the legal name in both scripts, the unified social credit code and the registered address. The credit code is checkable on the public Chinese company registry. The United States brand registrations are checkable at the trademark register under the company's name.
